Bill Cozzolino

William J. Cozzolino is an open source energy researcher who has dedicated his entire life to the study of the human mind and spirit. Bill's research involves sciences of physics and metaphysics.

Bil is currently most noted for his open source energy contribution of the Plasma arc spark plug circuit. This device is currently being experimented with for a 100% water powered car system, and to also improve MPG in vehicles.

Bill discloses all his research in the public domain and make educaitonal videos in order to help advance education. Bill is dedicated to FREE clean energy research and development and intends to disclose his results open source for all faculties and the public to benefit.

Despite Bill having a working available device and R and D potential, his device has no faculty recognition or support. Bill requires endorsement and sponsorship to continue his research and development projects to capacity.

Bills contributions need a grant backed research and development environment to flourish and will be submitted into faculty study and supported in the proposed granted Panacea research and development center.

This systems can be developed to allow for a pure clean stand alone energy system. Bill is unable to finance this research to capacity like the rest of the registered technologies presented.
