The Magnetic Resonant Amplifier is originally the intellectual property of Joel and Norm and has been released open sourced. This page is intended to support Norm's, Joel's and other open sourced MRA communities team work.

It has been a long and hard road for Norm and Joel, this is profiled in both the energy suppression and R & D principles pages.

The proposed granted Panacea research and development centre can prevent this hard road and develop the needed resource and security for all our engineers for the common goal of developing this free energy technology for the public.

The MRA not only needs to be submitted for PUBLIC scientific research and development for public benefit.The MRA needs to have a public land mark commissioned such as the Panacea centre to serve as security, advance education and create social reform. 

A publicly commissioned research faculty on suppressed energy can prevent the corruption and suppression involved. 

Norm and Joel are underfunded like all the engineers in the registerd technology section. Despite Norm and  Joel having a working available device, their scientific find has no faculty recognition, and they are further unable to get mainstream media to present his findings. Norm contributions need a grant backed research and development environment to flourish and will be submitted into faculty study in Panacea's proposed granted research and development centre.
