The Panacea R and D principles page has previously  described a myriad of information and devices which need further funding, education and public support via our signed petitions.

This R and D is essential to upgrade and advance faculty courses, show tangable applications and divert public funding towards a proposed granted research and development centre. The center is needed to create security and to ensure the manufacture of the technology.

This alternate/suppressed energy technology has a higher efficiency, sounder environmental relevance yet no education, funding and or mandates governing any regulation for current technology to match such efficiency.

The following list is a growing compilation of open sourced and proprietary engineers research and development and technology who have contacted Panacea. Their contributions and technology are neglected by the corporate and scientific world for reasons which should be obvious to the reader. 

Their systems have higher efficiency and sounder environmental relevance, yet no support structure, faculty inclusion and finances to erect the technology.

Panacea is currently accumulating a thorough presentation of additional R & D principles which need attention. Panacea is currently working on collecting both open sourced and proprietary engineers for this presentation of attracting grants for the centre, and for the engineers technology.

Panacea is collecting and compiling a list of engineers who are actively working with open sourced and proprietary alternative and suppressed energy and who are willing to contribute and work in a granted secure public arena.

All open sourced and proprietary engineers who sign up here will be eligible for Panacea's grants, towards perfection and manufacture of the technology.

The registered Panacea data base (which is kept confidential) contains a list of the growing support of engineers experienced and willing to contribute in the proposed granted resourced centre for FREE ENERGY, via the alternative and suppressed energy field.

PLEASE Contact Panacea for support in ANY WAY, being agreement for the need for the centre, donation of equipment, or for volunteer work.

Both proprietary license holders and open sourced engineers will get resourced grant backed help from Panacea, including promotion and submission of the device for proof of principle in the faculty sector.Plus any additional help Panacea can provide towards implementation of the technology for environmental benefits.

Note!

All technology registered and developed by Panacea's granted efforts will be eligible for recognition of GHG (Green House Gas) emission credits, and the internationally traded CC (Carbon Credits) 

Due to the impact the technology will make globally, environmental credits involved can be applied to future assistive works which will provide an additional income stream back into the Panacea trust fund.Panacea will use this income to help the R & D center's engineers and Panacea's various environmental projects.

Licensed Technology

The Panacea policy for the licensing of proprietary alternative energy technology.

There are three Sectors of the proposed granted Panacea research and development facilities including the Museum, the faculty and the manufacture research and development lab. All which can produce the following benefits for proprietary alternative/suppressed energy inventors, and the public. 

Note that all Panacea's licensed alternative energy technology sales which the organisation collects will benefit the public. Panacea is a not for profit entity and is required by law to put any revenue earned back into its environmental projects and or donate it to a charity as our trust defines.

Proprietary license terms and conditions.

Intent:

1) For public security of the engineers device, to form and or assist in forming a conceptual division able to secure public access by the display of the faculty aspect of the device as a proof of principle under license, which can still hide the proprietary details and protect the invention should the engineer wish to do so.

2) To display and promote the device under license to help fund raise for the inventor and the non profit organisation’s environmental projects.

3) To additionally help with distribution, market and manufacture of units should the interested party wish Panacea to help do so under licensed agreement.

Policy conditions - Form security 

A founding member of the NPO will be assigned to make sure what is offered to Panacea is not a con, nor an effort to discredit through being made or manufactured through Panacea's granted support. The device will have final examination by the trust for thorough evaluation and testing first.This will be a critical way to filter out the pretenders, and prevent it from coming back to bite the Trust.

Manufacture policy conditions

After the trust takes into consideration our findings, Panacea's granted facilities will have the capacity to manufacture the technology the following conditions and terms.

The Trust will maintain a royalty from each unit sold towards the intent of the revenue raised being injected back into the trust fund to help the NPO's environmental logistics. 

This then will cover the Trust, provide growth, and also make sure the direction and security directive is fully complied with in accordance with public benefit.

Policy guide lines for licensing agreements that suit the Trust.

The royalties include any proprietary alternative energy inventor’s devices revenue raised by advertisement from products which Panacea promotes and or show cases via sponsorship through panaceas media coverage, appointments and museum/faculty display.

Interested parties must simplify their interests and will need to be in print as a proposal to the trust, the trust will then we counter offer the proposal to include our won definitions and requirements.

The trust must sign a non disclosure agreement, one that is ironclad.

Non-Disclosure agreements

Before commencement needed is:

1) A letter of interest from the inventor/sponsor stating what they would like to do.

2) Letter from Trust must be issued stating it is to proceed with further negotiations with them.The letter of interest must have a defined proposal by the inventor or sponsor’s equipment used in the devices clearly stating what they understand is going to be given, who owns the rights to whatever happens and who owns the inventor ship.

These forms and applications include:

Any counter proposal and amendments documents from Trust Final decision, an agreed proposal acceptance by the inventor/sponsor plus an acceptance of final Proposal by the Trust to inventor/sponsor.

These are the steps that are required for the Security as it pertains to the trust dealing with the non profit organisations help from interested parities to prevent abuse and cover anything legally in court.

 Panacea will enforce this security in any of the organizations Negotiations and contractual compilations. This will ensure both parties maintain compliance in accordance with the legality so the Trust maintains operating integrity.

It is practical to to show these manuals , getting local help to begin with these technologies to help people, and showing the panacea objectives which

are contained inside the manuals, this is the critical help we need.

For further public benefit, the research and development lab sector of the proposed granted Panacea facility will function to produce the following benefits for open sourced alternative and suppressed energy technology engineers.

Intent:

1) To acquire public security of the devices, to form a conceptual division able to secure public access and perfection of the technology via Panacea grant support, backing the open sourced engineers efforts and providing the means, tools and lab for their collective efforts to become a further success.

The Panacea foundation will Help experimenters acquire:

- Necessary tools

- Help with research via a registered open sourced engineering team 

- Help recruit other experimenters to duplicate any successful experiments.

Terms and conditions

All the center's experimenters will be contracted under the set terms and definitions that define "Open Source". ALL experimental results/conclusions will stay in the public domain. All engineers must agree to submit their time and device under agreement of Panacea's open sourced policy.
