Panaceas on -line and proposed granted physical university can provide the needed support and educational medium for Taras discovery.This discovery of how the broken symmetry of electromagnetic interactions allows the exploitation of ambient magnetic fields can also go on to benefit faculties understanding of magnetic fields. Taras's ideas can further potentially develop other utility applications.

Taras's ground breaking power and propulsion research is coined as "Magnetorefractive motive systems" and can lead to new age of human technologies and open perspectives for physics of tomorrow. Taras has made allot of proof of principles which show potencial for self powering magnetic motor technology.

Despite Taras having a working available device, his scientific find has no faculty recognition, and is further further unable to get mainstream media to present these findings. Taras's contributions need a grant backed research and development environment to flourish and will be submitted into faculty study in the proposed granted Panacea research and development centre.

These systems can allow for pure clean free energy. Taras is unable to finance the units himself like the rest of the registered technologies presented. Panacea will pledge Grants and engineers support towards Kims R & D once granted.
