The following article is taken from this section of the Tom Beardon web site and explains in a condensed summery the hostory of many other devices which have been suppressed.

Greetings Tom -- my name is Bob Jajko -- and I am an independent marketing coach/consultant and business intuitive living in Brisbane, Australia. At the present time I have semi - retired to devote some time to writing as well as pursue a direction in marketing/consulting on alternative energy technologies. Over the past 2 years I have spent some time in looking and researching the reasons for the failure of so called "free energy " technologies to make nay headway into public recognition -- let alone gain any commercial standing. Indeed the my overall consensus is the inventors and vendors of this technology have overwhelmingly failed in making any significant impact or contribution to the very public debate to climate change or alternatives to other power sources. Certainly in Australia -- and Europe the major discussions revolve around changing energy habits, the use of technologies to reduce emissions and the pursuit of hybrid systems for power generation including Nuclear Energy.
As I see it, unless the vendors of " Free Energy " can get together -- and mount concerted joint effort to:
1. Develop a plausible Public Relations strategy to demonstrate the working function and benefits of this technology -- and how it can be applied to many diverse markets.
2. Set in motion a strategy to contact and obtain REAL MONEY -- to further develop and evolve their products for both vertical and certain horizontal markets
3. Establish a direct link and network to all influencing individuals, consultants, and public & private bodies engaged in climate change
4. Disengage from entering and being perceived as conspiracists -- focus their direction on plausibility and markets
And, in my perception, unless this is done by 2009 -- then it is very conceivable the technology will be doomed to the archives -- of "what ever happened to"
If there was any time to get into the public consciousness and market your products it is -- NOW. Before too much investment and legislation is fixed towards other alternatives.
I am writing to you because until recently I was in contact with your dearly departed 2nd cousin -- who lived in West Monroe in LA,. You are 1st Cousin to Ray -- his Father of Portland Arkansas. It was his wish that I discuss with you the idea of establishing a marketing collective for all patented free energy systems that currently exist -- and can be turned into commercial products.
With out expanding further I would welcome your feedback and interest in pursuing such a venture. It also implies that I will be contacted other vendors/inventors of these systems -- but only after we have discussed this matter further.

Hi Bob,Sorry, but I believe that the problem goes much deeper than just disorganization, and that it cannot be solved by organization alone. The suppression of overunity Maxwellian systems was deliberately done by J. P. Morgan, way back in 1892 and 1900, when Lorentz was impressed to alter the already-severely limited Maxwellian equations. That suppression has continued to the present day, and it still continues unabated. Quoting Barrett, one of the founders of ultrawideband radar:"[T]he A field [for the potentials] was banished from playing the central role in Maxwell's theory and relegated to being a mathematical (but not physical) auxiliary.
This banishment took place during the interpretation of Maxwell's theory... by Heaviside... and Hertz. The 'Maxwell theory' and 'Maxwell's equations' we know today are really the interpretation of Heaviside... Heaviside took the 20 equations of Maxwell and reduced them to the four now known as "Maxwell's equations." [Terence W. Barrett, "Electromagnetic Phenomena Not Explained by Maxwell's Equations," A. Lakhtakia, ed., Essays on the Formal Aspects of Electromagnetics Theory, World Scientific Publishing, River Edge, NJ, 1993, p. 11.]
A listing of the blatant falsities known to be in the resulting electrical engineering taught to all our power engineers in all our universities, is given in my paper, “Errors and Omissions in the CEM/EE Model”, E.g., electrical engineers don’t even know what powers an electrical circuit! It isn’t cranking the shaft of the generator. For what does generate the energy that roars out of the generator terminals and through space along the external conductors, see the figure with that paper that shows how it works and what cranking the shaft actually does (and why we have to crank the shaft in the first place). Eminent scientists such as Nobelist Feynman, the great John Wheeler, Margenau, Bunge and others have pointed out the falsities, but to no avail. The scientific community absolutely will not correct this horribly flawed model and the horribly flawed EE teaching.
I sent a copy of that paper to the National Science Foundation, where Dr. Bement ordered a formal review of it. It passed the review; see the NSF letter back to me.
But for action, Dr. Bement had to turn me over to those in charge of electrical engineering,communications, etc., since I was speaking of electrical power. Those were very nice people, sincere – and absolutely with the squarest box imaginable around their heads.
They had and have no intention of changing the sad old electrical engineering model.Our universities don’t teach Maxwell’s theory, and never have. In Maxwell’s theory, there is indeed an active medium, and one can in fact build what is known as an “asymmetrical” system, and it will receive and use energy from the seething vacuum (the active medium).
Tesla knew that the medium was active, and he also had discovered how to get some energy out of it. He was hell-bent on giving the world cheap clean electrical energy freely taken from the vacuum.
Quoting Tesla:“Electric power is everywhere present in unlimited quantities and can drive the world's machinery without the need of coal, oil, gas, or any other of the common fuels." [Nikola Tesla]."Ere many generations pass, our machinery will be driven by a power obtainable at any point in the universe. This idea is not novel... We find it in the delightful myth of Antheus, who derives power from the earth; we find it among the subtle speculations of one of your splendid mathematicians...Throughout space there is energy. Is this energy static or kinetic? If static our hopes are in vain; if kinetic – and this we know it is, for certain – then it is a mere question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to the very wheelwork of nature." [Nikola Tesla, in a speech in New York to the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, 1891. Quoted from back cover of his biography, Margaret Cheney, Tesla: Man Out of Time].
“We have to evolve means for obtaining energy from stores which are forever inexhaustible, to perfect methods which do not imply consumption and waste of any material whatever. I now feel sure that the realization of that idea is not far off. ...the possibilities of the development I refer to, namely, that of the operation of engines on any point of the earth by the energy of the medium...” [Nikola Tesla, during an address in 1897 commemorating his installation of generators at Niagara Falls.]."Whatever our resources of primary energy may be in the future, we must, to be rational, obtain it without consumption of any material." [Nikola Tesla, 1900].
Tesla’s backer was J. P. Morgan, who also became involved with Edison, consolidating with an Edison company to form General Electric. Rockefeller was moving in the fuel area, such as oil.
Morgan saw that, if Tesla had his way, suddenly much of Morgan’s emerging empire would be devastated, because the fool Tesla was speaking of eliminating burning of fuel.
The theory of groups was formed by Galois much earlier (who was killed very young in a duel) and this theory became accepted scientifically in 1870. So a really good mathematical “electrician” as the electrodynamicists were called (and there were only about three dozen of them, worldwide) would have become aware of, and versed in, group theory.
Morgan was no scientist, but since he was forging ahead in backing scientific and technology development and systems, he had his own scientific advisors. And these would have been the very best available, so they would have known group theory.
In the 1890s, after Maxwell had died in 1879 of stomach cancer, a few people who hated quaternions (Maxwell’s theory was in quaternion and quaternion-like algebra) promptly curtailed the dickens out of Maxwell’s superb theory, and created vector algebra in the process. Heaviside highly curtailed vector algebra equations were selected as the “new standard”.
So by the latter 1880s and early 1890s, Morgan had an urgent need to (1) stop Nikola Tesla, and (2) insure that the new version of Maxwell’s theory did not allow “energy from the active medium” systems such as Tesla was so hell-bent on producing and giving to humanity.
His advisors thus would have analyzed the new Heaviside equations, and seen that they still contained some of those irksome asymmetric Maxwellian systems. They would have pointed out that problem. And Morgan would have demanded what should be done, and they would have told him, “get those Heaviside equations symmetrized”. The great Lorentz – who had a nice habit of using other people’s work and taking credit for it – was available, and he was impressed to symmetrize the Heaviside vector equations in 1892.
That discarded all Maxwell’s asymmetrical “energy from the active medium” systems, leaving only symmetrical systems that self-enforced the system’s inability to use excess EM energy from the active medium.
Tesla had been backed by Westinghouse (an honest and sincere man), and was thrusting and advancing his AC electrical power system. Tesla gave us the rotating magnetic field that made modern generators possible, invented the practical induction motor, invented radio, and many other things. But when an economic depression hit, Westinghouse was headed for bankruptcy – and to save him, Tesla tore up his lucrative contract with him. In one swoop, Tesla wrote off hundreds of millions of dollars, to save his friend Westinghouse.
This allowed Morgan to enter the picture. Morgan advanced some funds for Tesla’s tower project, but required Tesla to sign over 51% of all his (Tesla’s) inventions to Morgan. That gave him iron control over them, and thus over what Tesla could do. Then he simply refused to advance the rest of the funds to Tesla, and Tesla essentially went broke on his Tower project.
So as of 1892, Morgan had assured the decimation of Maxwell’s theory to prevent our sharp young future engineers from every thinking, designing, building, and deploying those asymmetrical Maxwellian power systems that could have been self-powering from the active medium directly (much analogous to a windmill-powered generator system).
Then to their horror (and Morgan’s anger), Heaviside – who never attended university but was brilliant and self-taught – was one of the two men (along with Poynting) who simultaneously and independently discovered the flow of EM energy through space. Poynting was a professor and published prestigiously, but never considered anything except that small fraction of the actual energy flow that gets diverged into the wires to power up the electrons. In addition to that flow, Heaviside also discovered a startling giant curled EM energy flow component accompanying every feeble Poynting component, but trillions of times greater in magnitude. However, since it normally is not diverged and does not interact, it NORMALLY does nothing at all (i.e., in any SPECIAL RELATIVISTIC situation). Heaviside electrodynamics and Poynting energy flow are completely special relativistic.
But it simply would not do for our EEs to be made aware of – and taught – the fact that any generator already pours out trillions of times as much real energy as is caught by the external circuit. If the EEs were taught that fact, then some of the sharp young ones would eventually find a way to extract some of that raging but curled form giant Heaviside energy flow.
So that had to be thrown out also. Again Lorentz was impressed, and in 1900 he introduced a very neat little integration trick that discarded the giant Heaviside curled energy flow component, but retained the diverged Poynting energy flow component.
And that cute little integration trick got added into EE also, so that all mention of the giant Heaviside curled energy flow component just disappeared from all textbooks, curricula, etc.
With the suppression of Tesla and the suppression of all “energy from the active spatial medium” systems from the Heaviside-Lorentz equations, Morgan’s suppression of those threats was complete.
And for more than a century, this horribly flawed mess that Morgan arranged, is still what is taught to all our electrical power engineers. The result has been a “mystique” surrounding that decrepit old model, and a vast set of lies being taught to all our EEs to thoroughly “brainwash” them.
So the real problem is the dogmatic adherence of the scientific community to a model known to contain blatant errors and falsities – and which was so crippled and mutilated specifically to prevent the kinds of systems the overunity systems inventors and researchers seek to build.
Also, the huge cartels that sprang from Morgan, Rockefeller, and others are still ongoing and active. And they have also been actively suppressing all such overunity “energy from the vacuum” systems for 100 years. If you get close to finishing such a unit and putting it into production, you can be assassinated, framed on legal charges (such as rape, etc.), or “meet with a sudden suicide” on your way to the grocery store.
And inventors are still being killed, threatened and bought off, etc.If the sad old EE model is corrected and updated, you also get a startling new picture of disease, and a specific way of curing almost all the dread diseases. The actual method was stumbled onto by Prioré in France in the 1930s, where he cured terminal tumors and infectious diseases very successfully in lab animals (thousands of scientific experiments) and documented in the standard French medical literature. Prioré was also suppressed. While he knew HOW to make a unit to do the healing, he had no knowledge of the actual mechanism at work, and neither did anyone else.
The point is, the big Pharmaceutical cartels also are absolutely determined that the sad old electrical engineering is going to stay exactly as it is.
That’s a gist of what waits for one in this arena.
It isn’t “group organization” that is the problem. That will not do the trick, and it never would. Plus which, all an inventor has is his invention, nothing else. Since the scientific community condemns any power engineering system outside standard EM theory, then the Patent Office is very loath to grant a patent in this area. One can only be obtained at great difficulty and great expense and perseverance.So that is the situation.
My own personal situation is that I can only stand about two minutes and walk about 100 feet. My wife is invalid and I also care for her 24/7 essentially. I shop for groceries in a supermarket offering electric scooters for folks like me who cannot stand long enough to do the shopping. Etc. The biological warfare modified mycoplasma I caught while in the active military and stationed in Canada (where our folks made it and sprayed it), did a number on me for 33 years before anyone found out what I had. It generated a heart attack in 2001, and I finally got information on what I had and got a definitive test at the end of 2001 that proved it. 2002 was my years on antibiotics, to get rid of the mycoplasma buried in my red blood cells, feeding off the hemoglobin, and dramatically reducing the ability of the blood to take on and transport oxygen.
I still take my own remedial oxygen daily, and pay for it myself. Then in 2003 my wife had a stroke, which scrambled many of her brain connections. She is functional, but weakened and I have to care for her daily.
So my own time has just about run its course. Meanwhile, in 35 years of hard work, and fortunately working with several inventors who did have legitimate, working overunity systems, I have slowly gathered together the gist of the physics (from many areas of physics, most all compartmented from each other) that is required to describe energy from the vacuum systems. A few theorists have looked at some of it and done already magnificent work toward a new EM theory.
E.g., to see rigorous proof that eliminating that arbitrary Lorentz symmetry condition from the Heaviside equations does permit asymmetric systems receiving and using excess energy currents from the vacuum, see M. W. Evans et al., “Classical Electrodynamics without the Lorentz Condition: Extracting Energy from the Vacuum,” Physica Scripta, Vol. 61, 2000, p. 513 -517.
“Abstract: It is shown that if the Lorentz condition is discarded, the Maxwell-Heaviside field equations become the Lehnert equations, indicating the presence of charge density and current density in the vacuum. The Lehnert equations are a subset of the O(3) Yang-Mills field equations. Charge and current density in the vacuum are defined straightforwardly in terms of the vector potential and scalar potential, and are conceptually similar to Maxwell’s displacement current, which also occurs in the classical vacuum. A demonstration is made of the existence of a time dependent classical vacuum polarization which appears if the Lorentz condition is discarded. Vacuum charge and current appear phenomenologically in the Lehnert equations but fundamentally in the O(3) Yang-Mills theory of classical electrodynamics. The latter also allows for the possibility of the existence of vacuum topological magnetic charge density and topological magnetic current density. Both O(3) and Lehnert equations are superior to the Maxwell-Heaviside equations in being able to describe phenomena not amenable to the latter. In theory, devices can be made to extract the energy associated with vacuum charge and current.” [M. W. And so on.Anyway, that is my situation, and what I believe is the situation with the free energy field. The cartels and our scientific community are going to keep it suppressed, until this nation goes right down the tubes from a giant economic collapse that will curl one’s hair. That may even happen later this year, if the MidEast explodes and all the rest of the MidEast oil is abruptly cut off from the U.S. and Western Europe.Anyway, good luck to you and I wish you well in your endeavors.
